Summer Water/Sprinklers Blow out - This is scheduled for Saturday October 14/2023 . Please make sure all your hose bibs are accessible. You may want to be here to ensure your lot is blown out properly to prevent additional bibs being missed as we had happened last year. These repairs are still ongoing and may have to wait till spring to be revisited.

No insurance No renters. Please send to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. asap

Tenant Forms - Laurellle has added this form on our web site and will now need to be filled out.
This is a security measure for the park to know who is not an owner and staying in the park. Marti will have a weekly file for board members to review if necessary. Please do your part and fill this form out. It is in the best interest of the Park security.

Ownership Change Notification- Laurelle will be adding a Ownership Change Notification Form to be accessed through our website. If you have sold your lot this form will need to be provide to the Board for updating purposes.

Conclusion -  We would like everyone to spend some time to familiarize yourselves with our website www.Paradisepark.ca that Laurelle has worked so hard on if you haven't already. This will help to keep everyone informed from AGM/Directors Meetings, Rental/ Sale opportunities. Rules, all necessary forms for tenant and building improvements, Owners List and much more. This vehicle will save a lot of time. Please use it.

Our season is slowly coming to an end and it seems that it was just getting started. It was very nice to connect with some of you through our Steak/ Beach Party Day to the Flamingling Event which was a hit. We will do it and a few more things next year since Joaane and Colleen are getting into the groove now! ;) If you have any photos make sure to post on our facebook page Paradise Park Osoyoos - Owners Page. I'm sure everyone would love to see them. Any other event ideas contact Joanne Seifert lot 38/39.
See you all next time! CHEERS!

Recycling

Paradise Park has 2 sheds for recycling, located on the path to the beach. The shed closest to the road is for pop cans, beer cans, and any containers that have a deposit when you purchase them. The second shed closest to the beach is for other materials that can be recycled but no deposit has been paid on them. For a full list of what can be recycled go to Return It.

The recycle shed is manned by volunteers, so please keep it neat, tidy and organized.
