Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep voices, radios, stereos, and TV’s low enough not to disturb your neighbours.

Children must be supervised and those under 6 are to be accompanied to washrooms, beach and clubhouse. Children under 10 years of age shall not operate washers or dryers, or ice machine. Pleasure riding of bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, etc for children under 10 is to be supervised by parents.

Messages & Phones: A message board is inside the clubhouse for incoming calls. A pay phone is located outside the laundry room.

Privacy: Please use walkways and public access roads only. Since all sites are private property please respect this by not cutting across other owners lots.

Pets are to be kept on a leash or closely watched at all times in the park. Pets are to be kept out of park buildings and away from the children’s playground. Pets are not allowed on the beach. Excessive barking and noise must be controlled. Pets are to be exercised outside the park area. All animal stools are to be picked up by the pet’s owner and wrapped in plastic and deposited in the household garbage dumpster bin.

Pool & Pool Hours: The pool is open from 9AM to 9PM. All persons using pool must abide by posted pool rules. Please stay with your children as THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS. No lifejackets or large toys and no items that have been used in the lake are allowed in the pool. Diving, running, and jumping are not permitted.
Adults Only (ie quiet) swimming time is from 5 to 6 PM.

Washrooms: Help keep washrooms clean by using garbage receptacles.

Garbage/Recycle: Keep your site tidy. Recycle your bottles/cans and cardboard by placing them neatly in the appropriate recycle sheds on the beach path. All cardboard/paper must be recycled. Wrapped household garbage can be placed in the large dumpster bin marked “Household Garbage”. The second large dumpster marked “Green” is to be used for leaves, branches, dirt, wood, etc.

Sinks and Sewer Adaptors: All units must have sinks and a drain hose to the sewer connection. Sewer hose adapters must be used. No coffee grounds or disposable diapers are to be put down sewer drains.

Laundry Areas: Limit activity between 7AM to 10PM to ensure minimal disturbance to others. To ensure maximum use for everyone please remove your clothes as soon as possible when the machine cycle is completed.

Alcohol: The consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be confined to individual campsites or designated functions held in the park common areas.

Vehicle Parking: All vehicles and RV’s are to be parked within the Lot. All Park roadways must be kept free for normal and emergency traffic. Do not park on other owners lots unless they have given you permission to do so. Please have visitors park their vehicles in the parking area outside the park gate.

Vehicle speed limit is 10 km per hour inside park for all motor vehicles and bicycles.

Watercraft speed limit in the lagoon (Solana Bay) must not exceed 10 km per hour in the interest of safety and to minimize boat wake.

Sprinklers are automatic and operate during the night. Items left out on the grass will get watered.

Not Permitted: No tents and No Fireworks.
